📝 Click "Add to Quote" — no payment neededOur team reviews your request, confirms availability, and prepares a tailored quote. You'll receive an email with a secure link to view your full quote, including pricing for every item.
📧 Quote link sent to your emailClick the link in your email to view your quote on our website. Once you're happy with everything, accept the quote and proceed to checkout to confirm your order.
✅ Accept online & check outAt checkout you'll be shown our bank details along with your unique quote reference. Make payment via BACS bank transfer, using your quote reference as the payment reference so we can match it to your order.
🏦 BACS transfer — quote reference requiredOnce your payment has been received and cleared, your order is processed and dispatched for delivery — or prepared and made ready for collection, whichever you prefer.
🚚 Delivery or 📦 Collection availableWe accept payment by bank transfer only. Our bank details are shown at checkout once you've accepted your quote. Please always use your quote reference as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.
